My fussy 2 year old wont eat many fruits but theres something magic about putting them into icy pole form which has her asking for "more". These are so easy, healthy and delicious.
All you need is icy pole moulds, popsicle sticks, water melon and kiwi fruit.
Blend up the watermelon and add to the icy pole moulds. I froze them for about half an hour before putting the stick in so they were firm enough to hold it upright. Freeze for 2 hours.
Blend kiwi fruit and add to the icy pole moulds. Freeze for a further 2 hours or over night.
A little side note, dont put the sticks in too far. As you can see I have very little stick to hold on to and it makes an already messy activity even messier.
