Ever since my littlest was born she had tummy issues due to an immature gut and the inability to digest cows milk protein. As I am breast feeding I have had to cut out all dairy (along with other things) in my diet. It's only since cutting out dairy that I have realised how much I love it! I have been trying different recipes to give me some variety whilst also trying to find meals my toddler can enjoy as well. This is a collaboration of a few different recipes that I have found and it seems to satisfy those dairy cravings for me.
